Consultation Policy

 Consultation Policy

This Policy apply to Immigration and general law matters respectively. 

Please ensure you have read our Consultation policy and the Migration Code of Conduct before booking time. Cancellations incur a $50 admin fee.

For Immigration Law matters, during the consultation you will be advised on the following:

  • Advice on the visa pathways for your immigration goals
  • strategies to help you achieve a desired immigration outcome
  • An assessment of your eligibility for each option
  • Pros and Cons of each option as well as possible risks
  • An outline of the main stages in the application process
  • An indicative processing time and cost for each option

Required Information (recommended) 

It will be best if you provide us with information on your background before your consultation. These are usually for individual cases:

  • Your CV and date of birth
  • Your most recent Australian visa approval letter (if applicable)
  • Partner’s CV and date of birth (if applicable)
  • Advise whether you or any other person included in your application has any health or character (criminal) issues
  • English test scores in each band (if applicable)
  • A short summary of your situation including your visa history in Australia (if applicable)

For Partner visa cases we usually ask for:

  • Details about your partner. For example:
    • Is your partner an Australian citizen or permanent resident?
    • Are you married?
    • How long have you lived together?
    • Has your partner ever sponsored or been sponsored for a visa to Australia?
    • Nature of your relationship
    • Advise whether you or any other person included in your application has any health or character (criminal) issues

For Immigration and General law matters

Payment
Payment is made immediately upon booking a consultation through Square, Stripe or Paypal.

Rescheduling
With notice of 24 hours or more, you will be able to reschedule your consultation through our online booking system. With less than 24 hours notice, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations
Cancellations incur a $50 administration fee.

Lateness and No Shows
In the event that you are late to your appointment, we do not guarantee that you will receive the full duration of your consultation. If you miss your appointment we will not issue a refund. For a new consultation you would have pay in full again.
